    What makes it worth it, and what doesn't

    Really good staff warmth and delicious breakfast offerings elevate the experience. The extensive buffet and friendly restaurant team-especially Chef Kalidass-made our meals nice!

    Unfortunately, room cleaning could have been better, with areas overlooked. Inconsistent service preferences dampened some interactions, leaving us feeling slightly neglected at times.

    Luxury family-friendly property with extremely helpful and particularly helpful staff at the reception desk. Well-equipped rooms on the higher floors, food AMAZING. Location not far from the subway and airport, a restaurant, and shopping centers. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking on site.

    Very central location of this family-friendly hotel was a bonus. The staff were very approachable and cordial, and the free parking was available. The restaurant was amazing with great staff and service here, I had excellent dishes: D

    I loved the serene escape the rooms provided and the refreshing pool area-definitely worth a dive! My personal highlight was enjoying a delicious meal at the Chinese restaurant. Priya, who supervised our dining, surprised us with a bon voyage cake, such a sweet touch.

    Wonderful Interiors and fit outs. An excellent display of Space Management. Gourmet food.

    I was statying in suite no.711. I could hear very clearly the tv sound of the adjacent room. Also The conversation that takes place in corridor was heard clearly.

    My son and I had an incredible two-week stay, especially enjoying Chef Kalidass's delicious breakfast and the attentive dining staff like Avhi and Vimal, making our meals memorable! I'd definitely return.

    the room was way too cold, even with the a/c off! 🌬️ the breakfast buffet had a great variety, the staff at the restaurant were super attentive, and i really enjoyed the view of the city skyline! 🌆

    The rooms should be with breakfast. The breakfast was charged. The food quantity while ordering the room service was too less. Water in the wash rooms were salty. It did have salt content. The Hotel Taxis were too expensive compared to the other 5 star properties in Chennai. While check out, it took more than 20 minutes for the Bell boy to bring our luggage down, so we had to bring it by ourselves.
